Welcome

I am a PhD student in the Biological Systems Engineering Department at Virginia Tech and a member of SWEET, the Stream and Wetland Ecological Engineering Team. After finishing my M.S. work on the environmental fate of estrogens in land applied manure, I decided to redirect my research to examine in-stream ecosystems. My PhD research focuses on developing protocols to evaluate stream restoration using hydraulic complexity metrics.
